Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 May 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Plemo collects, how it is used, and your choices. It applies to the Plemo website and service.
1. Who is responsible
Plemo is a product of Plementus. The party you contract with depends on your country: if you are in the Arab Republic of Egypt, your agreement is with the Plementus Egypt entity; if you are anywhere else in the world, your agreement is with the Plementus entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Registered address: [Plementus Egypt registered address, to be confirmed] / [Plementus KSA registered address, to be confirmed].
Privacy contact: info@plementus.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data you provide: name, email, company, country, and similar details needed to create and run your account.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Paymob). We do not store full card numbers.
- Authentication data: handled by our authentication provider (Clerk) so you can sign in securely.
- Service data: the requests and content you submit to operate your Odoo, and basic usage and log information needed to provide and secure the service.
3. How we use data
We use your data to provide, operate, secure and improve the service, to process payments and manage your account, to communicate with you about the service, and to meet legal obligations.
4. AI processing
Plemo uses AI to carry out the changes you request. Your business data and instructions are processed only to provide the service to you. Your data is not used to train AI models.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run Plemo (including Clerk for authentication and Paymob for payments), bound by confidentiality, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
6. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law for customers in the KSA region and Egyptian data protection law for customers in Egypt), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any right, contact info@plementus.com.
9. Cookies
We use only the essential cookies needed for sign-in and to keep the site working (for example the authentication session). We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
